Six reasons to apply.
We are a house of senior-level security architects. Here you get to build security for interesting clients without bureaucracy, middlemen or needless rush.
Senior work only
You take on demanding projects for your own clients rather than just shuffling tickets. You design the solutions and see them through, instead of writing recommendations for someone else to implement.
No middlemen
You have a direct line to the client and to the decisions. Your work shows immediately. You do not book an internal meeting for next week and wait for it; you make a five-minute call right away.
Real flexibility
We trust you to know where and how you work best. Remote, hybrid or office, anywhere between 0 and 100 per cent to suit your own situation.
Time to do it well
We do not sell hours at any cost, so the quality of your work comes before rush. No around-the-clock on-call duty and no evening or weekend work, unless you want it.
Continuous learning
Your team has two Microsoft MVPs and many of us have over 20 years of experience. Nobody is finished learning, and we pick up something new every day. You do not have to manage on your own.
A fair deal
Your pay is based on experience, bonuses are paid for successful projects and you get full holiday entitlement from day one. We are employee-owned, and we do not micromanage or quibble over small things.
We say it straight
Honesty is at the heart of NBS, towards our clients and towards each other. We will also tell you what is not worth doing.
We take responsibility
We do ourselves what we design. The same crew stays with a project from start to finish.
We look ahead
Building lasting security is long-term work. We follow where things are going, adopt the best of it and build solutions that still work years from now.

Honestly, I can’t imagine anywhere ever topping this.
