Security Architect as a service
The Security Architect as a Service is an easy way for companies to benefit from Not Bad Security’s expertise. We are in stand-by mode and will assist, provide feedback and review any security changes, architecture considerations, and questions you should have with any Microsoft security products. Our fixed fee makes it easy to ensure no hidden fees or surprises around the corner.
What’s in the service
The service includes the following services for each month:
- A direct communication channel with Not Bad Security experts
- 3-day Service Level Agreement for cases and queries
- One query/case per month on anything related to Microsoft security products and deployment
- Our promise never to upsell you anything, and once the case is resolved, we’ll stay out of your way until you have another query
The monthly service package is 400 € (VAT 0%). For customers committing to a full year of service, a 20 % discount is applied for the total yearly cost (4000 € in total). The service has a 30-day cancellation policy.
Each month includes one query or case. Additional cases can be purchased for 250 €/case.
Custom projects & consulting
Besides our workshops and services, we're also available for custom work and projects. We are happy to work on an hourly or daily basis on any Microsoft security-related needs you might have. Don't hesitate to contact us for more info!
